Daily Exfoliation might lead to faster aging

The skin is the largest organ in our body . As many tissues, the skin is conformed by multiple layers of cells that experienced   regeneration through life in response to injuries. However, this turnover of cells is not indefinite in fact the cells that give origin to this capacity of regeneration possess a limited number of cycles. Exfoliation will remove the outer layer of the skin provoking an exhaustive regeneration. The effort required  by progenitor cells to produce a new layer will depend in the abrasive effect by the source, time and the status of your skin. In future post I will review exfoliate that are soft and gentle to your skin It is important to consider that the quality of your skin is multifactorial, it depends of your ethnicity, environment, food and water intake, sun protection and exercise.

Calories from sweets are the perfect ticket to aging

One of the most well known aspects in aging is that high caloric diets induce features of aging in mice. Can you believe?. When i was doing my PhD i was digging on the subject with a coffee and a delicious sweet cookie in my hand. After that, it have being a game changing in my life, realizing how addictive can be the the sugar. that cookie was not enjoyable as it was before. If you are one of a sweet tooth on this planet like me, think twice.... you are a high risk of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cellulite, and others age-related pathologies. Maybe you can reduce the amount ingested of sugar and after in some weeks and months we could eliminate the sweet bites that in the undertone are extremely deleterious for are real happiness.
